THE NIGHT OF ST. LAWRENCE - Rovinj Lit by Thousands of Candles In cooperation with catering facilities, the Tourist Board of the Town of Rovinj was the organiser and the principal promoter of the manifestation entitled “The Night of St. Lawrence” this year as well. During the night, the inhabitants of this most tourist town of them all in the whole of the Adriatic, and their guests too, celebrate the one evening in a year when the glittering trace of falling comets is visible best. |

ROVINJ HOST TO 3RD MEDITERRANEAN FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL - Three Day Music Treat for Ethno Buffs For the third consecutive year, Rovinj was host to the Mediterranean Folk Music Festival, Sete Sos Sete Las (Seven Suns, Seven Moons). During the first festival night, taking place at the central town square, visitors enjoyed a performance by Frank Krajcar and the Indivia group, followed by the 7 Luas Orchestra, composed of Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Italian and Croatian singers and musicians. |
